Description


Short fiber knitted PET non woven geotextile is made of high-quality polyester or polypropylene short fiber through carding, mesh laying and needling. Good flexibility, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high strength, stable size, good water permeability, filtration and isolation performance, convenient construction, etc.

 



The Difference between PP and PET.

In general, PP density is 0.90 , PET is 1.33-1.34.PP price is cheaper than PET, PP is harder than PET, which means PET has a good sensory feel. PP is much better at chemical resistance than PET, but PP does not perform well when temperature matters, so PP will not work perfectly at very high or low temperature. PP cannot be exposed to sunlight, because PP is not resistant to ultraviolet rays.




PET non woven geotextile Fabric is Continuous Filament Needle punched non-woven . Applications

Road and Pavement Construction: Used for separation and stabilization between the subgrade and aggregate base, extending the service life of roads and reducing aggregate requirements.
Drainage Systems: Installed behind retaining walls, in trenches, and around landfills to filter soil and facilitate water collection and removal.
Erosion Control: Laid on slopes and under riprap to prevent soil loss from water runoff while allowing for vegetation growth.
