Geotextiles Roll are permeable geosynthetic materials made by needle-punched or woven synthetic fibers. The raw materials are PET or PP. Geotextiles comprise woven geotextiles and non-woven filament fiber geotextiles.

Geotextile Roll’s Main Features:
1)anti-aging, the product has very high anti-ultraviolet radiation ability, not easy to degradation.
2) High temperature resistance to up to 230℃ maintaining structure stability and original physical properties.
3) High flat drainage and vertical permeability.
4) High creep resistance.
5) Resistance of erosion of chemicals in soil with the corrosion of gasoline and diesel etc.
6) High elongation under certain stress, thus able to adapt to uneven and irregular bases.

Non-woven Geotextiles Roll
Manufacturing: Needle-punched fibers create a felt-like, permeable fabric.
Ideal For: Separation, Filtration, Protection, Drainage.
Common Applications: Under roadways, landfill liner protection, drainage systems, erosion control.

Woven Geotextiles Roll
Manufacturing: High-tenacity yarns are woven together into a strong, cloth-like material.
Ideal For: Reinforcement, Stabilization, Separation under heavy loads.
Common Applications: Embankments, steep slopes, heavy-load access roads, parking lots.

Geotextile Roll’s Applications

Road & Pavement Construction
Prevents soil and stone from mixing, which maintains the structural integrity of the road base. This extends pavement life, reduces rutting, and allows for a thinner aggregate layer, saving material and cost.
Rail Track Stabilization
Prevents fine soil particles from pumping up into the ballast due to train vibrations. This maintains proper drainage and track alignment, reducing long-term maintenance.
Drainage Systems
Allows water to flow into the drain while filtering out soil particles. This prevents clogging (siltation) and ensures the long-term efficiency of the drainage system, crucial for behind retaining walls, under sport fields, and in edge drains.
Erosion Control
Holds soil in place while allowing water to permeate, preventing soil loss from surface runoff or wave action. It stabilizes the soil beneath rocks, preventing scour.
Reinforced Soil Structures
Provides tensile strength to the soil, creating a stable, coherent mass. This allows for cost-effective, vertical-walled structures that are more flexible than traditional concrete walls.
Coastal & Marine Works
Prevents soil loss beneath coastal armor while allowing water pressure to dissipate. Geotextile tubes are used to create stable, erosion-resistant breakwaters and dunes.
