Canvas concrete blanket is a kind of soft cloth impregnated with cement, it is a 3D fibre composite structure made of polyethylene and polypropylene filament, which will react with water and harden into a very thin waterproof and fireproof durable concrete layer. When use the concrete cement blanket in the field of construction, the site does not need any concrete mixing equipment, as long as the simple cement blanket on the water or the concrete blanket soaked in water refers to the occurrence of hydration reaction, solidification, limit to enhance the role of concrete, prevent cracking.
Canvas concrete blanket has the characteristics of low alkalinity and low erosion, and has the least impact on the ecological environment. Its unique structure is easy to install. The fabric can be hung vertically, laid in grooves, or cut into shapes to form a durable concrete layer, making it ideal for various engineering restoration applications.
Canvas concrete blanket can be applied to home courtyards, roads, even railways and water conservancy projects. It has good toughness, not only can be hung vertically, but also can be laid in trenches. Moreover, paving roads and ditches with concrete cement blanket can basically be completed in less than an hour. It can not only save 90% of materials, but also shorten the construction period by 60%, greatly improving construction efficiency.
Canvas concrete blanket lined channels prevent weed growth, silt generation and erosion, reducing the maintenance costed associated with unlined channels, maintaining hydraulic capacity and preventing blockages.
Canvas concrete blanket is twice as abrasion resistant as standard OPC concrete, has excellent chemical resistance, good weathering performance and will not degrate in UV.

Highway drainage channels;
Concrete channel lining;
Slope protection;
Bund lining;
Remediation of existing concrete structures;
and culvert lining.

The advantage of cement blankets is their ease of construction. However, their disadvantages include low flexural strength and strict construction site requirements. Concrete blankets may appear like ordinary blankets at first, but once water is applied, they quickly transform into a solid layer of concrete! They actually combine traditional cement with textile fiber technology, incorporating impermeable and multifunctional concrete powder into the fiber skeleton. This makes them waterproof, moisture-proof, fire-resistant, and durable, completely eliminating the problem of concrete cracking. This unique material combines the toughness of textiles with the longevity and strength of concrete. They are also highly portable; simply shape and water them to set. Their excellent toughness allows them to be hung vertically or laid in trenches, and they can be cut to size to suit your needs. Weighing only 15 kilograms per square meter, they are easily transportable and can be widely used in railways, highways, water conservancy projects, and agricultural irrigation, allowing them to be laid wherever needed. Most importantly, cement blankets not only save 90% of materials but also shorten construction times by 60%.
Canvas concrete blanket are available in bulk or in rolls, making them easy to load and transport manually without the need for heavy lifting machinery. Formulated according to a scientific formula, this product eliminates the need for secondary mixing and prevents over-hydration. It solidifies and forms both underwater and in seawater.
Once hydrated, the blanket can be further processed within 24 hours. Hardness reaches 80% of its strength within 24 hours. Special formulations can also be used to achieve rapid or delayed setting, tailored to specific customer requirements.
